Leonid Pereverzev. An Offering To Ellington, And Other Texts On Jazz
I am proud to announce that St.Petersburg-based Planet Music publishing company just published a collection of groundbreaking works on jazz in Russian language by Leonid Pereverzev (1930-2006,) the pioneer of Russian jazz research and jazz musicology, titled "An Offering To Ellington, And Other Texts On Jazz".
The texts for the book were collected and edited by Cyril Moshkow (this writer.)

The book is available for online purchase from the publisher's website (not sure they deliver internationally, though; we would have to wait until the book appears in bigger online stores.)
